SHIPPING INFORMATION

RAWSTERS will deliver your order within the time frame and date specified during the checkout process. Due to unforeseen circumstances, including traffic delays, we may have to deliver outside these times. RAWSTERS will notify the customer if this is the case. Payment must be confirmed before the order will be delivered.

If one of Rawsters van visits your workplace regularly, all online orders can be collected from the van free of charge. Simply select 'Pick up from Rawsters van' at checkout.

Rawsters vans currently deliver to the following areas only: 6000-6029, 6050-6054, 6057-6066, 6090, 6100-6111, 6147-6160, 6162-6166.
We currently do not deliver to the following postcodes: 6030-6049, 6055-6056, 6067-6089, 6161, 6167 and above.
Please note we continue to improve the logistics of our business and new delivery areas will be added on this page in time.

Please ensure you or another person is there at the time of delivery to accept your order as most of our products have to be kept in the fridge. If you would like to request a specific delivery time, please email us at rawsterscoffee@gmail.com and we will check whether we are in a position to accommodate your request.

We will deliver to the address stipulated at the time of checkout. If you are not at that address at the time of delivery, our driver will call, and leave your order there. RAWSTERS accepts no liability for products damaged, stolen or broken or for any spoilage that occurs. We also accept no liability or damages for personal harm or sickness that occurs as a result of consuming food/beverages that have not been stored correctly as per our instructions and product labelling.

Shipping rates only apply to stipulated postcodes within checkout and are subject to change without notice. If you select the wrong delivery rate, we reserve the right to refund the order immediately without further notice.

CANCELLING AN ORDER

If you need to cancel an order please contact us as soon as possible. Orders must be cancelled 48 hours prior to 6AM on the date of delivery. Please email rawsterscoffee@gmail.com

Please note we reserve the right to charge an administration fee of 15% of the order total on all cancelled/refunded orders.

MISCELLANEOUS

If RAWSTERS is unable to fulfil an order for any reason we will contact you as soon as we are made aware, to discuss a mutually acceptable alternative.

We work with several local suppliers/brands which may depend on availability of local/seasonal produce. Their production time may vary and is stated in the product description section.
