DELIVERY

We deliver to selected areas around Perth and offer pickup from our Welshpool location or Rawsters vans (if one of the vans visits your workplace at a regular basis)

We also offer free delivery to the following areas in WA: 6100, 6105, 6101, 6106, 6103, 6104, 6163, 6164, 6017.

All the other Perth Metro area deliveries are charged at a flat rate of $30.

 

DELIVERY TIMES

If an order is made for one of the offices we visit Mon-Fri, then the order will be delivered at the usual time of our visit.

Delivery to all other areas is done between 12pm and 2pm Mon-Fri.

Please contact us to arrange specific delivery times.

 

DELIVERY AREAS

If one of Rawsters van visits your workplace regularly, all online orders can be collected from the van free of charge. Simply select 'Pick up from Rawsters van' at checkout.

Rawsters vans currently deliver to the following areas only: 6000-6029, 6050-6054, 6057-6066, 6090, 6100-6111, 6147-6160, 6162-6166.

We currently do not deliver to the following postcodes: 6030-6049, 6055-6056, 6067-6089, 6161, 6167 and above.

Please note we continue to improve the logistics of our business and new delivery areas will be added on this page in time.

 

PICK UP ADDRESS AND TIME

Our address is:

Unit 3, 39 Colin Jamieson Dr, Welshpool 

We are open for pickups from 12:30 till 2:30pm Mon-Fri.

Please confirm the pick up option with us as we do not have a retail shop. The address belongs to our warehouse.

 

CAN YOU LEAVE AN ORDER IF NO ONE IS AT HOME?

We would prefer for someone to be able to receive your order in person as most of our products have to be refrigerated.

However, we can still leave your order in a pre-arranged safe spot. Please provide a Hard Cooler/Chiller and ice blocks at your delivery address.

Please write all drop off details at checkout (or email us) and that you are happy for us to leave your order at your own risk. Once the order has been dropped off, you will be notified via email.

 

HOW SOON WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We work with several suppliers/brands. Each supplier has their own production time, please refer to product description for details.


ORDER STATUS

If you would like to check when your order will arrive or change delivery details, the best way to contact us is email.

You will receive confirmation emails 24 hours & approximately 1 hour before delivery.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders cancelled 48 hours before 6am on the expected date of delivery will incur an administration fee of 15% of the total order.

Orders cancelled after this time will be charged for in full.
