Lovely delicate aroma exhibiting strawberries, vanilla, and wild raspberries. Soft gentle juicy fruit is immediately accessible on the palate. Strawberries, red apple skin and a sprinkling of jubey pomegranates provides vibrancy balanced with the earthy textural Tempranillo giving a satiating dry finish.

Sourced from the northern sub-regions of Margaret River, this wine is made from Shiraz and Tempranillo grapes grown specifically for the rosé style.
Winemaking
Picked in the cool of the night, the fruit was processed cold to retain its fresh flavours. Minimal skin contact has led to a lighter colour and soft, gentle flavours. The Shiraz and Tempranillo were co-fermented in stainless steel. 100% stainless steel fermentation. The blend is 64% Shiraz and 36% Tempranillo.
