This is an example of a northern style varietal Margaret River Shiraz. Medium bodied, with attractive aromas and flavours. It has a soft, fleshy palate and fine grained tannin persistence. Sweet fruits on the palate, rounded tannins representing the extended hang time of the 2023 vintage.
Colour:Â Dark purple red.
Aroma:Â Rich berry fruits of forest, blackberry and plum aromas burst from the glass. Aromas of nutmeg spice, chocolate and a hint of white pepper.
Palate:Â Â Medium bodied with very soft and subtle fleshy tannins. Sweet berry fruits on the palate with good length.
Food matching: It’s a great pizza wine or enjoy with beef.
Cellaring:Â Â Eight years.
