Colour: Very Pale green/straw
Aroma: Vibrant aromas of passionfruit and freshly cut grass, lifted with fresh stone fruits and some nettle. Perfectly clean with succulent Sauvignon Blanc freshness and a dry Semillon background.
Palate: Dry and very fine, with an explosive first impact of racy and zingy acidity, the palate is light bodied with a fine finish and crisp acidity to boot.
