When you choose a Reward and click Claim, the balance will be reduced automatically and a Coupon Code will appear. This code is used at checkout to 'pay' for the selected reward.
If a Reward was Claimed by accident, the Coupon will still stay in the system and can be redeemed at a later time.
If you would like to cancel the Reward that was claimed by accident, please message us via the form below.
To check the Rewards balance or any Claimed Rewards, simply click on the Rewards tab in the menu or the Online Widget on the right side of the page.
