COLOUR
Pale blush with salmon hue.
NOSE
Aromas of white flowers, strawberry and cherry pip.
PALATE
Savoury palate of watermelon and raspberry finishing with a fresh, red currant acidity.
WINEMAKING
Beautiful clean fruit was specifically picked for this Rosé at optimum ripeness levels for our style. Fruit was pressed off quickly with only a small skin contact time resulting in the pale dusty colour. A portion of the juice was moved straight into old barrels for ferment to assist in building the complexity of the wine. Post ferment the barrel and tank portions were blended.
