winemaking
Cabernet Sauvignon grapes were machine-harvested and fermented in stainless steel tanks. The ferments were pumped over twice a day. Post alcoholic fermentation, it was pressed to tank before racking off to barrel for malo-lactic fermentation and maturation. The wine was then blended together, fined, filtered and bottled.
food pairing
Ideal with roast or barbecued meat and flavoursome casseroles.
vintage notes
Perfect growing conditions were on display for the 2019 vintage wines. Cool, dry spring conditions and a pleasantly cooler than usual summer without rain allowed for slow but consistent ripening, low disease pressure and the complete development of varietal flavours
