TASTING NOTE

Appearance: medium deep red, with purple hues

Aroma: An aromatic infusion of wild hedgerow fruits, dark sweet berries and dry herbs with exotic anise, warm vanillin, and rich cocoa. 

Palate: The palate draws this beautiful assortment of characters into a tapestry of flavours, layers, and textures. Flavoured and layered with powerful berries, hints of savoury herb, spice, and sweet oak. Ripe, silky, and mouth-coating fruit tannins with dense fine-grained oak provide a textual balance to contour the wine's opulence. The fine acidity and savoury mineral structure support the wine's long, lasting and abundant flavour.
