Single vineyard Chardonnay located in Harvey was harvested in the cool of night and pressed in early hours of the morning.
Fermented in stainless steel tanks and left on yeast lees through maturation. A combination of oak barrels and staves was used to enhance the fruit flavours.
Medium straw with faint green edge. Ripe peach and dried fruits with cedar and almond complexity. Off dry, balanced natural acidity, dried pineapple and peeled almond combination endures to the finish.
