WINEMAKER’S NOTE: Pale green-straw colour with lifted spice, fig and pear aromas. The palate is beautifully soft and fleshy with a dry and crisp flavoursome finish.
VINTAGE: After a moderate spring, vintage conditions were coolish and perfect for this variety to see its best as reflected in the palate.
VINEYARDS: Grapes sourced from our selected partner growers, this one from well east and south of the Margaret River township.
VINIFICATION: Picked in the cool of night, crushed and cold pressed, fermented and bottled early to preserve freshness.
